The carwash consists of 6 stalls/3 drive-through bays set up to handle commercial, industrial and private oversized vehicles and equipment. This is the largest self-serve laundromat/carwash within 120 miles. The laundromat/car wash is located immediately east of the North Dakota State Fairgrounds and the busy intersection of County Road 19 (27th St. S.E.) and Burdick Expressway East. There is a C-Store on the corner and a Dollar General adjacent to the laundromat/car wash. The laundromat/car wash employs: • 1 full-time manager (he has expressed an interest in staying on as the manager under the new ownership) • One part-time person that does drop-off services, cleaning, and customer service. • An employee who assists with nightly car wash cleaning duties on a daily part-time basis.
